Does it support multiple branches?
Yes — up to 20+ branches with unified administration. Each branch sees only its own data, but the central management gets a full consolidated view.
How accurate is the financial reconciliation?
Zero mismatches. Every payment flows through a single financial kernel with row-level locking. There is no scenario where the cashier numbers diverge from the accounting numbers.
Can the cashier manipulate prices?
No. All pricing is calculated on the server, not in the frontend. Even if someone modifies the displayed price, the system rejects any non-authorized change.
Are there hidden fees for kiosks or customer tracking?
No. Self-service kiosks and live customer order tracking come included in the base plan. Most competitors charge separately for these.
Does it work offline?
